I have a large group, do I have to register them one by one?
No, we have a group registration facility. You can upload a spreadsheet of names and have many delegates registered in minutes.
I have specific dietary requirements, will I be catered for?
Yes, Please note your requirements on your registration.
Are meals included with my registration?
The conference will provide Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea. Your registration will also include networking drinks on Thursday. The Awards Dinner is an additional cost.
I would like to bring a companion to the Gala Dinner, is it possible?
You can register them as your dinner guests when you complete the registration form.

Do I need to book the extras at the point of buying the ticket, or can I book later on?
It is not necessary to book your activities at the point of confirmation, however please note there is a limited number of spaces.

Will there be a conference app?
Yes, you will be notified how to download the app before the conference and this will have all the latest news, speaker info and agenda for the conference.
Are hotel rooms available for delegates?
Yes, special rates are available to conference delegates. Please navigate to the Venue tab at the top of this page. Alternate local accommodation is also linked.
What are ENLIGHT 2023 Melbourne Terms and Conditions?
CANCELLATION POLICY: Because this is a hybrid event, with plans to be offered in-person in Melbourne and online, absolutely NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS are possible, under any circumstances. ISST will fund the ability to hold the Enlight Event both in person and online at a high cost which the Society cannot recover. If, due to circumstances (like pandemic) beyond ISST’s control, we are not able to meet in-person for Enlight 2023, you will be provided access to the virtual version of the Event. No cancellation or refunds available. You will have access to the online versions of Enlight 2023 that are recorded for up to one year after the conference ends.
