The IST-K is a well-established training institute founded as one of the first in Germany in 2010 in Cologne.
It offers regularly the basic training for schema therapy for adults and for children, adolescents and parents (ST-CA) and a great variety of special workshops, supervision and self-disclosure.
As part of the “online-learning hub”, IST-K offers ISST-certified online curricula for ST-CA in English in collaboration with Dr Christof Loose (

Nowoczesna Terapia Schematu is a training centre specialized in schema therapy. We offer the most comprehensive schema therapy training program in Poland (e.g. two separate workshops on therapeutic relationship, obligatory group and individual supervision) and we develop advanced workshops for therapists who have the ISST certificate (e.g. about Healthy Adult and Happy Child modes). We focus on teaching our trainees that limited reparenting is a cornerstone of ST and that all other interventions should be based on int principles..
